Deacom collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on process engineering over the span of implementation. As they successfully complete a holistic order-to-cash Conference Room Pilot, SME’s become trainers themselves, capable of imparting system ability within their teams. With Deacom’s assisted guidance, any possible hurdles are identified and addressed during End User Training in advance of the Go-Live date.
After large-scale phases of assisted process engineering and documentation, Subject Matter Experts from one of Deacom’s customers in the meat industry established practice time windows to work with their teams. They logged several process discussions and repetitions, which engaged teammates directly with Deacom Product Specialists via remote share meetings. By demonstrating their issues and process questions, Deacom was able to provide further guidance and recommendations. When the day came to transition the entire operation to DEACOM ERP, these same users were able to realize investments on their time and successfully transact in DEACOM. A quick transition aided a very successful ERP launch.
